Becky joined our front desk team in 2009. She has been a Licensed Dental Assistant for over 40 years. Becky worked as a Dental Assistant before becoming a member of our Business Team. Becky primarily works as our Insurance Coordinator but is able to help out in all areas of our practice. Becky's favorite part of her job is working with our awesome patients and phenomenal Dentists and Staff.
In her free time, Becky enjoys a good book, a long hike with her husband Curt, family dinners and any opportunity to play with her grandsons!
Terri joined our front desk team in October of 2022. She looks forward to working with patients and is happy to help you with any financial arrangements to plan and prepare for your dental treatments.
Terri has lived in the Cambridge-Isanti area since she was 3 years old! She and her husband have 4 children and 9 grandchildren together. They enjoy traveling, playing pickleball, relaxing at the lake, and spending time with family!
Sydney joined our front desk team in 2023. She is planning to go back to school for dental assisting. Sydney loves working in the dental field and hopes to be in it for a long time.
Sydney grew up in Cambridge and graduated from Cambridge-Isanti High School in 2018. She is currently living in Cambridge with her husband Trae and son, Knox. Sydney loves reading a good book and spending time with her family outside.
Jay joined the South Main Dental team in September 2017. His goal and mission are to mitigate the day-to-day activities of running a dental practice for Dr. Pierson while helping the practice run and look great. His background and degree are in Business Management.
During his free time, Jay enjoys spending time at the lake with Melissa and their two dogs, Jessee and Hattie, working outside, hunting, fishing, golfing, and any of his many current and future “projects.”
Tammy has been a Dental Assistant at South Main Dental since the practice first opened in 2003. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with our patients and providing great care to them every time they are seated in a chair.
Tammy has been a life-long resident of Cambridge. She and her husband have 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. They have a dog named Charlie and love spending time with their family. Tammy is also an avid runner and curler at the Cambridge Curling Club.
Bev has been with our practice since 2005. Her favorite part of her job is visiting with patients and helping them to get over their fear of coming to the dentist. Bev loves to utilize her expanded functions training, such as placing permanent restorations.
Bev cherishes her time with family and friends, especially her two-adult son’s.
Amy has been a Dental Assistant for over 10 years. One of Amy's favorite parts about being a Dental Assistant is being able to create a fun, relaxing dental experience for our patients.
Amy is from the Cambridge-Isanti area. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two German Shepherd dogs. They enjoy being outside and trail riding in their side-by-side UTV.
Christina started with South Main Dental in 2022. She enjoys helping patients have the best experience possible at the dentist.
Christina lives on a hobby farm in Princeton with her husband and two sons. She enjoys spending time with family, horseback riding, and gardening.
Dawn and Dr. Pierson have worked together since 2003. Dawn began her career over 30 years ago. Her passion for dentistry inspired her to further her education by becoming a Licensed Dental Hygienist. Dawn enjoys educating and encouraging patients through their dental journey. She loves getting to know her patients and building long-term relationships.
When she is not working, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
Kelle started her career as a dental assistant working in oral surgery before going back to school for dental hygiene. She has been in the field for over 15 years. She likes making patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their appointments.
In her free time Kelle enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Larissa joined our office in February of 2025. She graduated from Herzing University in 2022 with a Bachelors of Science in dental hygiene. She is passionate about oral health and educating her patients and believes it's important that her patients feel comfortable and have a good experience during their hygiene visits.
Larissa lives in Isanti with her husband and 2 children. She has 2 ducks and 2 dogs, and enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, pool, or playing in the back yard with the kids and animals.
Molly graduated from Herzing University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Born and raised in the Cambridge-Isanti area, she's proud to serve the community she calls home. Molly has a passion for helping people and strives to create a calm, comfortable environment while providing the highest level of dental care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially in the summer months, camping and trail riding up north.
